SponsorIt is operated by Host Marketing, LLC ("we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

• Account data: name, email, login credentials, profile photo.
• Business data: business name, logo, settings, team members, sponsorship request content you receive or enter.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send to us.
• Usage and telemetry: log data, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage.
• Cookies: essential cookies for login and session management; optional analytics cookies (where enabled).

Payment-related data (card details, billing address, tax IDs) is collected directly by our payment provider Paddle and is not stored by us.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the Service (account creation, hosting your data, AI qualification, replies) — performance of contract.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
• Customer support — performance of contract / legitimate interests.
• Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.

• Legal compliance — legal obligation.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, AI inference, support tooling.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country (including to the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, where applicable.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
