How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Or email us at support@sponsorit.app and we'll help process the request with Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to Pro features until then.
